How it works:

  • Develop and deliver internal training programmes with GQA and provide jointly branded certificates and Skills cards.
  • Bespoke Qualifications, Accredited Training and Endorsed Programmes – all tailored to your training approach.
Bespoke Qualifications
  • Unregulated qualifications written and developed by the employer, before being accredited by GQA. They do not form part of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) however, accreditation by GQA provides recognition of their suitability and quality.
  • Contain learning outcomes and assessment criteria, measured through relevant assessment methods and a structure (units, levels, rules of combination)
  • Candidates have the option to receive an Official GQA Skills Card and/or certificate
Accredited Training
  • Series of formal training activities carried out in-house by the employer endorsed by GQA with activities ranging from seminars to workshops, to online learning which have a method of assessment
  • Do not from part of the RQF but recognition by GQA ensures that any programme is fit-for-purpose and of a high quality.
  • Candidates have the option to receive an Official GQA Skills Card and/or certificate
Endorsed Programmes
  • The programme has been reviewed and benchmarked against GQA’s quality requirements
  • Is suitable for all types of personal development, with no formal assessment process in place
  • Candidates have the option to receive an Official GQA certificate
