How to Get Started

Step 1 – Become an Approved GQA Centre
You must first apply to become a GQA Approved Centre. This ensures your organisation meets the quality standards required to develop and deliver qualifications.

Step 2 – Submit Your Bespoke Qualification Outline
Provide details of the qualification, learning outcomes, units, and assessment methods for GQA review.

Step 3 – Review and Feedback
GQA provides feedback and requests amendments if needed to meet our quality standards.

Step 4 – Approval and Delivery
Once approved, the Bespoke Qualification is added to your centre remit, and you can register learners.

 

Quality Assurance

Bespoke Qualifications are subject to GQA’s robust External Quality Assurance process:

• Frequency of visits depends on the size of the assessment team, learner numbers, and previous findings
